Cegelec Austria has its headquarters in Vienna and two other regional locations in Linz and Graz.
The Austrian entity is attached to Cegelec Germany and both units mainly operate in industry and infrastructure. Cegelec Austria's major projects include: Vienna's main wastewater treatment plant (EBS), the construction of a calcium carbonate crushing plant installation in Russia, medium voltage electrical equipment for the Hadeed steel company in Saudi Arabia, biomass-fueled power plants in Baden/Mödling, low-voltage electrical systems at the iron and steel Mittal plant in Poland, the Fritzens water treatment plant (energy production from waste oil combustion), etc.
Last but not least, projects recently completed such as the extension of Vienna underground and the electromechanical equipment of the Bregenz tunnel.
