Under the authority of the Regional Manager, the Branch Office Manager assumes full responsibility for the management of his/her branch office that he/she represents. He/she devises and implements strategy and is responsible for the branch office performance.
Brief description of the job :
Complete autonomy :The Branch Office Manager acts as an Entrepreneur who devises and implements the strategy of his/her branch office, by fostering motivation of his/her teams. Setting objectives and defining the resources required to meet these objectives, in line with the Group’s policies.
