Another Acquisition for Cegelec in Electrical Contracting

Cegelec, an international group providing technological services to companies and public authorities, has just acquired Monnier, an electrical contracting group based in Ancenis, near Nantes, in the west of France. The group comprises four companies, with a total of 220 employees, and generates annual revenue of nearly €30 million.
Monnier is a key player in western France’s industrial heartland, distinguishing itself from local operators by its ability to offer customers an array of technical services in the areas of electrical installation and maintenance, electrical distribution networks, automation and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Cegelec's fifth acquisition in France since the beginning of the year, Monnier will strengthen the group's existing skills base and complement its network of agencies and offices, ensuring that Cegelec has a local presence alongside customers throughout France.
