Appointments

Frédéric Van Heems will be appointed Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Cegelec, an international group providing technological services to companies and public authorities, by its General Assembly to be convened in early September. With his experience acquired at Areva, his main mission will be to strengthen the Group’s commercial strategy and to increase its international development.
Bernard Lemoine, who has been with the Group for the last six years where he last was President for the Global Systems & Services Business, will be appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Claude Darmon will leave as planned the chairmanship of the Management Board and will be appointed at the Group’s Supervisory Board.
