International technological services provider Cegelec has entered into a joint venture agreement with Saudi Arabian-Shoaibi Group to form Cegelec Saudi Ltd. Through Shoaibi Group’s local market expertise and strong operations, Cegelec expects to get a strong hold in the Middle East's largest economy and avail from the major oil and gas industry in the region. The new joint venture will allow Cegelec’s Oil & Gas division to rely on Shoaibi Group’s operations to offer its competencies.
