Whilst gaining new competencies, the Group has established partnerships with equipment suppliers to offer customised solutions and services, capable of evolving with customer needs.
Cegelec’s service offering is geared towards both Telecom operators for networks infrastructures (mobile networks: GSM, UMTS ;fixed networks: DSL, SDH, DWD, etc.) and companies that call upon its know-how for their data and voice networks (traditional telephony, such as PABX, IP telephony), and some of their IT services.
Cegelec’s level of service can be defined through a contract of “Service Level Agreement (SLA)“ type.
