In addition to the Group’s recognised electrical and HVAC engineering skills, our “Pharma” division can deliver extensive expertise in liquid production systems, from drinkable to injectable solutions. For example, we design and build water loops (injection water, stainless steel/PVDF purified water loops), cleaning stations (CIP) and the manufacturing workshop equipment process. Our turnkey, end-to-end solutions integrate an installation’s entire life cycle, comprising not only the production equipment but also the instrumentation, control, regulation, automation, supervision and tracking systems.

We also support customers through the production certification process by defining QI and QO qualification protocols and, when requested, by offering QP assistance.

For drug manufacturers, we also develop production automation and information systems that are easy to use, reliable and scalable in order to protect their investment.

This advanced proficiency has earned Cegelec contracts from such leading customers as Boehringer, Eli Lilly, GlaxoSmithKline, La Pharmacie Centrale des Armées, Pierre Fabre, Qualiphar, Sanofi-Aventis, SkyePharma, Urgo and CIBA Vision. What’s more, Cegelec was named “Best Integrator 2005“ in the “industrial intelligence” category, for the implementation at Novartis in Huningue (NE France) of a Factory Suite solution, including the supervision, batch handling and tracking of operations and adherence to CFR21 Part 11 conformity.
