As a benchmark of excellence in wind power in France for more than ten years, Cegelec has also developed specific responses to its various customers’ photovoltaic needs.

We leverage our specialised teams and deep expertise to offer effective photovoltaic solutions to local communities, businesses, large service-sector projects, farmers and even consumers. We can, for example, help re-vitalise communities by installing arrays on public or private land; incorporate PV panels during roof repairs; install panels on new buildings, barns or car park shade structures; and operate buildings to ensure additional revenue.

• Solar parks

True to our specialisation in building renewable energy power plants, we have a dedicated skills centre for large (several MW) ground-based photovoltaic arrays.

We have developed or co-developed PV arrays covering more than 200 hectares (494 acres) in mainland France and 25 hectares (61 acres) in French overseas departments and territories.

• Building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) installations

Within our numerous local agencies, we have the specialist skills to build and commission BIPV installations.
