With the Kaliakra windfarm commisionned during the summer of 2008 in Bulgaria, Cegelec has proved to be a leading actor in building what was the country's first major project in wind power energy - providing a total capacity of 35 MW.
The Group was hired to provide and install a 110 kV/20 kV station as well as the system controlling the 35 wind turbines. Cegelec worked on behalf of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI).
