Cegelec delivers custom-tailored solutions for public transit infrastructure and its operation, with extensive expertise in power supply (traction substations, overhead contact lines and low-voltage systems), operating systems (signalling, supervision, communications and security systems) and station fixtures and fittings such as escalators, air-conditioning systems and lighting. We are also actively involved in upgrading tramway infrastructure in Eastern Europe.
In all of these projects, Cegelec acts as a systems integrator, leveraging the capabilities of its Transport competence centre to offer customers prime contractor support in implementation.

• Road infrastructures

Cegelec offers a comprehensive range of services, covering electrical and mechanical equipment as well as information and security systems, for the construction or upgrade of all types of road infrastructure, especially tunnels. In particularly, we can deploy our proprietary supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system to optimise equipment installation and integration while reducing technical risks. Cegelec has many references in this area, one of them being the renovation of the Mont Blanc tunnel.

• Airport equiment installation and maintenance

Cegelec acts as a systems integrator to deliver comprehensive electrical and data wiring systems for passenger airports, as well as airport security systems and turnkey runway marking solutions. These capabilities are also applied to military bases, by leveraging our highly specialised skills in aircraft refuelling and in solutions for the secure deployment of mobile infrastructure.
