After the submarine "Le Triomphant" and the patrol boat "La Rieuse", in June 2004 Cegelec took on the management of the repair work and complete revamp of the patrol boat "La Boudeuse" for the Navy. Having undergone no major maintenance in 11 years, this boat was on its last legs so was handed over to several collaborators in Reunion Island who were trained and recruited for this regular maintenance and repair work. The basic work includes a total overhaul of the machinery and auxiliary equipment after disembarkation, and the modernisation of the transmission system with the installation of the system generally used by the Navy, the OMAR HF system … Restored from top to bottom and with a new lease of life, "La Boudeuse" shall take to the sea again in November.
