In 1992, Cegelec, dealing with projects and implementations in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering in the country, bought shares of the Electric Drives and Automation Division of CKD Praha, Polovodice a.s. plant. The foundations were laid for the further development of their mutual businesses under the Cegelec flagship and with a tradition of over one hundred years in electrical production.
