Cegelec has been operating in New-Caledonia for more than forty years and set up a subsidiary in 1987 in this territory.
The Group provides a comprehensive range of technological services. The New Caledonia subsidiary is closely linked to nickel operators including Eramet’s unit SNL, Valeinco- Brazilian group CVRD and Xstrata’s KNS driving the local economy, and works for existing plants and plants under construction.
Cegelec has a strong presence in the service sector, particularly in health and education sectors as well as in the infrastructure sector as a major partner of electrical power suppliers and distributors such as Enercal and EEC.
