Cegelec has been present in Algeria for many years and has built up a substantial portfolio of clients that led it to develop its subsidiary in Algiers.
Cegelec’s many references mainly concern the oil and gas sector: Sonelgaz, Stroytransgaz, Sonatrach (scada for the oil wells), Kanaghaz (pipeline scadas), Naftec (refinery revamping), Hamra (maintenance of gas turbines), etc. Cegelec also has other references in the telecoms business, with Algérie Télécoms, and in infrastructures, with the taking on of all the electrical and IT installations at the new terminal at Algiers airport.
Thanks to this subsidiary and its strong local presence, Cegelec is not only in a position to offer solutions that are best suited to carrying the projects forward, but also to ensure a long term local presence for maintenance and services.
